PPM, LLC is an organization committed to bringing the best minds in business and leadership around the world to educate, train and empower businesses and individuals in Africa. We hope to aid in the development of world class leaders in the private and public sectors in Africa, in general, and Nigeria, in particular.

PPM organizes public seminars and conferences mainly on the subject of leadership. The seminars and conferences are used by some organizations as a training opportunity for their employees. They are also attended by private citizens who want to broaden their knowledge base. Since 2003, we have organized 6 seminars and conferences on 2 continents consistent with our goals. 

PPM also serves as a consultant to businesses to provide speakers to address the different needs of the organization. Areas of consultation include change management; re-engineering and leadership. 

We also provide follow-up resources through various partners.

PPM, LLC was founded by Ghandi Olaoye, a motivational speaker and entrepreneur. 

He is a visionary leader and he passionately encourages people to discover their purpose. 

He has a first degree in English Language and a Masters degree in Industrial and Labour Relations.

He was a high school teacher for a few years before he went into a variety of successful business ventures and then subsequently into ministry. He is currently the owner and CEO of Shiloh Productions, a music entertainment group company. He has served and is serving on boards of various financial and non-profit organizations.

He is very well-traveled having visited numerous countries in Europe, Asia, Australia, the Caribbean, the Americas and Africa. His other interests are sports, swimming and watching movies.

Ghandi is married to Omo and they have two children – Fehintolu & Toluni.
